The house for 8 people

The holiday house offers 165 m² on two floors for 8 people. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. On each floor there is one bathroom on the ground floor with bath and shower, upstairs with shower only. In addition, an extra guest toilet on ground floor available.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Thanks to the dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen during your vacation stay is as comfortable as at home.

From the large living room, it goes on the south terrace in the garden. The garden adjoins the gardens of the neighborhood, so you will not see anything from the nearby city center. At the western site boundary is the river Aach, a small stream that flows further into the lake.

Stockach - The gate to Lake Constance

Hailed as "fürnembst Stättlin" in 1600, this town has still enough charm to make this holiday. Stockach is situated in a charming hilly landscape, the Hegau with its distinctive volcanic mountains belong, but only a few kilometers from Lake Constance (Lake Überlingen) away. The town, situated on 425m to 610m above sea level, was founded in 1250 by the Counts of Nellenburg and today, with its 10 varieties of approximately 16,000 residents. The town is conveniently located on the main highway A 81, is connected by train and by bus with Radolfzell with Tuttlingen and Ludwigshafen.

Discover Stockach with a shopping spree by embellished in recent years in the center of the upper and lower town with its romantic angle. Numerous sporting activities are offered: So you can explore the area by bicycle, enjoy the nearby Lake swimming, rowing or sailing, or play on multiple stationed in the area golf courses of your experience or learn the basics first.

Of course, this area offers many entertaining possibilities, the proximity to Switzerland and Austria gives the area an international flair. Art lovers will find something, and you will probably need several visits to experience all the highlights of our homeland.

One famous and known attraction of Stockach is "carnival," with the infamous "Hohes Grobgünstiges Narrengericht" (Fook Court) since 1351st. In recent years, many prominent politicians had to answer for here.
